The women that run Booda Beans Coffee Shop want to hear from you.

Sarah and Jennifer bought the business last year and would like to re-introduce it to the people in Apex. We’ve talked them into a give-away that gives people a shot at winning a gift certificate to Booda Beans.

So here’s how it’s going to work.

2. Buy something
3. Come back and tell us what you thought by leaving a comment under this post.
4. Complete the survey

The only catch is that you must leave a comment below and fill out the survey.

On Friday afternoons, we’ll pick one person at random and email them letting them know they’ve won.

How much is the gift certificate worth? It depends on how many comments we get.

• 5 or less comments – $5 gift certificate
• 6 – 24 comments – $10 gift certificate
• 25+ comments – $25 gift certificate

In case you haven’t caught on yet, we want you to grab a couple of friends and go buy some coffee and snacks at Booda Beans. Let them know what you honestly think of how they’re doing. They want to be THE place in Apex for you to go and have a cup of coffee, here’s your chance to tell them how they can accomplish that goal.

The display case has baked goods, fruit cups, a collection of the latest energy and health drinks. There is also a selection of wines in the smaller case next to it for a little later in the day. Behind the counter is the expected coffee making equipment to produce a fancy $8 piece of artwork down to a simple cup of joe or fountain soda (Coca-Cola).

Service at the walk-up counter is quick and pleasant, which is a nice change from the big chain coffee shops. There is also wifi available, I am currently connected to it.

The location is both a plus and a minus. It’s wedged between Mary Magdelane and the Scotts Mill neighborhood on Towne Side Drive, which is good, but finding a parking spot can sometimes be a challenge.
