Ok, take 5 steps back and read line #7 for me. Don’t worry, it’s blurry to me too. Are there any good Optometrists in Apex that can make us see this clearer?

So where does one go in Apex to get a great Workout, or attend a nice Aerobics Class? My Favorite is Yoga, it took some time to get used to it but now I love it. I also want to try Tai-Chi, its supposed to be very good.

I know we just got a new hospital in Apex, one with a Helipad, really looks nice. Share your experiences with the local doctors in the area, if you have any good referrals or specialists.

You know, Doctors get a bad rap, and the reason being, lets be honest, we are all afraid to see one…..But their job is to help us feel better. Some Doctors are amazing and some….well maybe they missed school that day. How are the the Doctors in Apex?

But with the new technology advances, going to the dentist is not as painful as it used to be. Is there such a thing as a “Painless Dentist”?
