Mexican Food, one temptation after another….Tortillas, Guacamole, re-fried beans, quesadillas, and my personal favorite, fajitas! Today looks like a good day to try a Mexican Restaurant in Apex, I will go out and about and see which one I find. Any recommendations?

Indian Food, absolutely delicious–especially if you are a vegetarian. Wow, that nan bread is soooo addictive its not funny, you can fill up on that without getting to the food.

Chinese Food. Now I have a hard time deciding on good ole’ bbq ribs or Spare Ribs from a Chinese Restaurant. I have tried some Chinese Restaurants in Apex, so far the best I’ve found is on 64 off Lake Pine. Which are your favorites?

The verdict was in last week, and I was shocked when I heard that 8′o Clock Coffee was rated the Best Coffee. I always thought that those Hi-End Coffee Houses Featured the Best Beans! The verdict does not mean much to me, I love going out to get a nice Latte. Where are the hotspots [...]
