At one point or another, you will need to find an honest realtor that focuses on your needs rather than the commission. Whether you are looking to buy a house in Apex, sell or even rent, you need someone that has the experience and is willing to work with you.
I’ve had the pleasure of having Arthur Reichert working on my behalf. He helped me with a couple of real estate transactions in the area and went above and beyond to make sure all my expectations were met.
One of the rare realtors that I’ve encountered that actually cares.

Arthur went above the call of duty. He treated my home purchase as if he was purchasing a home for himself. He was awesome, 5 out of 5! I plan to refer any family / friends to Arthur when they decide to relocate to NC.

I am looking to sell my home and trying to find a respectable Realtor in Apex. When I originally bought my home, I dealt with a local company called HPW Coldwell Banker, the company seemed reputable, the realtor representing them was far from respectable, he used unethical and deceptive tactics to make his commission. Issues that were never supposed to have taken place were resolved after months of aggravation and bickering. Me personally, I would never deal with that company again.

A realtor I have known is Lisa Ferstler of Realty World Partners. She lives in Apex and is out of the Buck Jones office in Raleigh. She cares about who she is representing. She is honest and will always will put you first. She has a list of references. Look her up when you interview Realtors. She is a breath of fresh air.
