Mexican Restaurants

Mexican Food, one temptation after another….Tortillas, Guacamole, re-fried beans, quesadillas, and my personal favorite, fajitas! Today looks like a good day to try a Mexican Restaurant in Apex, I will go out and about and see which one I find. Any recommendations?

And the winner is………TACOS MEXICO RESTAURANT, on 55 just off Salem Street. The hostess and waitress were very warm, the food was excellent, I had the chicken fajita, and the pricing was good, would not set you back for the quality of food. I recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!

I agree!! I did not know that this little unimposing restaurant would be a winner, but it is!! Don’t be fooled by the outside, the inside is well decorated, the service is friendly, and the food is excellent.
I went there for the first time with a few friends of mine last weekend. Before long it started filling up with families. To me that is a good sign. The prices are right, too!!

February 15th, 2009 at 8:45 pmI tried this Tacos Mexico restaurant for the first time with my husband this evening, I agree, the outside decor does it no justice, the inside is well decorated and the service was outstanding as was the food. The waitress was more than accommodating. I know I enjoyed the food very much and would definitely go back—I know my husband enjoyed it as well, especially when he saw the pricing, very affordable and great quality.
