$6 Billion Development Project coming to Apex

Mayor Keith H. Weatherly held a press conference yesterday, June 4th, 2009 and announced a huge mixed development project called Veridea, that will add nearly $6 billion to the Town’s tax base.
According to the story at WRAL, “Veridea will become the next generation of Research Triangle Park,” that would create 30,000 jobs, and 8,000 residential units – a mix of condos and single-family homes

Ver-idea and Apex? This looks like a no brainer, Apex is going to be HUGE. Creating 30,000 jobs and 8,000 residential units with a live-work-play concept. This is the place to be.

Ver-idea? it sounds like a great idea if it come to, what a better place than Apex? I guess they will have to increase the infrastructure to make a project that size, 8,000 residential units and 30k jobs is no joke.
