To me, Downtown Apex is very desirable area but I am not sure what exactly you can do with this building, if there are city codes and stuff to follow. Another drawback is the parking situation there, there is a few spots in the front of the building but you know how fast that fills up. I can see the downtown area being built up and as for what kind of business to go there....Hmmm, there are no grocery stores there. Who ever does get it, I hope they make an investment into making it as appealing as some of the other properties in the area. As for what I would like to see come in that spot, a nice themed restaurant. That area is pretty good and it will compliment downtown Apex.
